Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled by the customer within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Refund & Return Eligibility
Refunds will be processed only if the product is returned in its original condition, unused, and unopened.
Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with will not be eligible for a refund due to hygiene and safety reasons.

The request for a refund/return must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
Return Process

Customers must contact our support team at [your support email/phone] with order details to initiate a return.

The product must be returned to our warehouse address in its original packaging.

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations

Opened or partially used products.
Products returned without original packaging.
Products returned after the 7-day period.
